DAVID PARDOE
Founding Director, Land & Estate Management
David is a land agent with over 25 years’ experience of acting as a trusted advisor, agent and consultant, helping clients get what they want out of their rural estates. He specialises in assisting clients to meet the challenges and find the opportunities that present themselves with the ownership of land and rural property.

Founding Director, Property Project Management
James specialises in property project management across the South of England. He has over 25 years’ experience working on a wide range of development and restoration projects, including new-builds, Listed buildings, agricultural buildings, barn conversions and large-scale garden and parkland creation and restoration.

Founding Director, Development Consultancy
Simon is a planning and development surveyor. He specialises in residential-led land agency, strategic development consultancy and residential development valuations, acting for landowners, private developers, local authorities and housing associations across the South of England.

LOUISE SPAIN
Associate Director, Land & Estate Management
Louise has 30 years’ experience advising on rural property matters for both private landowners and institutional clients. She provides strategic guidance on estate management, property investment, and development opportunities, helping clients enhance capital value and income across all property types. As a RICS Registered Valuer, she undertakes Red Book valuations for individual properties and whole estates.

Associate Director, Land & Estate Management
Tim works across a broad spectrum for our private clients across the South of England. With considerable experience in planning, strategic asset management, contract farming agreements, sporting management and the purchase and sale of land he is also a Registered Valuer, which includes whole estate valuations.

HARRIET PARRIS
Surveyor, Land & Estate Management
Harriet, a RICS and CAAV qualified surveyor, advises clients across the South of England on a wide range of rural property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, rural planning, and management of residential and commercial estates. She also represents clients in negotiations with utility companies. Harriet specialises in delivering strategic estate management while maintaining strong landlord–tenant relationships.

Associate Director, Property Project Manager
Ben has a diverse background in property, agriculture and finance and grew up in West Dorset where he now lives. He works alongside James Shaw-Porter managing a wide range of property projects and has an appetite for challenging the status quo.

Sacha has been involved in the property market throughout her career, spending 15 years with a National estate agency, then working in project management across the central South. She has a keen interest in interiors and is highly detail focused, working across disciplines to provide the best results for her clients.

Lydia Webster
Graduate Surveyor
Lydia is a Graduate Surveyor with experience in rural property and estate management. She began her career assisting on a traditional landed estate and has worked on land sales, lettings, and residential property development at auction. Now at Rosehill Advisors, she supports valuations, asset management, and forestry operations, and is working towards her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
