DAVID PARDOE
Founding Director, Land & Estate Management
David is a land agent with over 25 years’ experience of acting as a trusted advisor, agent and consultant, helping clients get what they want out of their rural estates. He specialises in assisting clients to meet the challenges and find the opportunities that present themselves with the ownership of land and rural property.

Founding Director, Property Project Management
James specialises in property project management across the South of England. He has over 25 years’ experience working on a wide range of development and restoration projects, including new-builds, Listed buildings, agricultural buildings, barn conversions and large-scale garden and parkland creation and restoration.

Founding Director, Development Consultancy
Simon is a planning and development surveyor. He specialises in residential-led land agency, strategic development consultancy and residential development valuations, acting for landowners, private developers, local authorities and housing associations across the South of England.

Associate Director, Land & Estate Management
Louise has 30 years’ experience in a wide range of rural property matters, working for both private and institutional clients. She specialises in strategic advice, enhancing property capital and revenue uplift and she is highly skilled in the management of all property types and formal valuations.

JANE McNEILL
Operations Manager
Jane has years of experience of organising people and systems and has a meticulous eye for detail. She manages all the various operations which keep the Rosehill show on the road, as well as ensuring the efficient running of the day-to-day management and accounting issues on clients’ estates.

TIM HALE
Associate Director, Land & Estate Management
Tim works across a broad spectrum for our private clients across the South of England. With considerable experience in planning, strategic asset management, contract farming agreements, sporting management and the purchase and sale of land he is also a Registered Valuer, which includes whole estate valuations.

Surveyor, Land & Estate Management
Harriet deals with a wide variety of rural property matters for our clients across the south of England, including landlord and tenant matters, rural planning and management of rural residential and commercial properties. She has a particular interest in the natural capital market.

Property Project Manager
Ben has a diverse background in property, agriculture and finance and grew up in West Dorset where he now lives. He works alongside James Shaw-Porter managing a wide range of property projects and has an appetite for challenging the status quo.
