Overview
Since 2019, our development consultancy team has provided ongoing advice to a key city on the south coast in Hampshire. Our practical understanding of development delivery enabled us to supply detailed development viability cash flow models to value engineer a major regeneration scheme.
THE SITE / LOCATION
A 25-hectare brownfield site on the South Coast.

To review the economic viability of potential developments and identify areas in the city that would benefit from value engineering.

THE OUTCOME
We have developed a strong working relationship within the City Council team. A key takeaway was the delivery of a series of complex cashflow-based appraisals to guide them towards identifying viable solutions.
